MAP are pleased to announce that we are now able to give on-line support through Remote Desktop technology. This means that any customer with a broadband Internet connection can have their support problems fixed by having one of our support staff remotely accessing your PC or by you watching a support staff demonstration from our Netviewer application. This should cut down communication problems and greatly increase the time scale in resolving any questions. There is no extra cost for this service and we hope to continually improve the way we service our customers.
If you wish to use this service you will need to click the link to the Netviewer Join Session download and then type in your session ID provided to you by your support or sales representative. This will then enable us to establish the link for remote access to begin.
