MAP are pleased to announce that we are now able to give on-line support through Remote Desktop technology. This means that any customer with a broadband Internet connection can have their support problems fixed by having one of our support staff remotely accessing your PC or by you watching a support staff demonstration from your Web Browser. This should cut down communication problems and greatly increase the time scale in resolving these problems. There is no extra cost for this service and we hope to continually improve the way we service our customers.
If you wish to use this service you will need to download and install a small applet into your Web Browser, this will then enable us to access your system when requested by yourself. The applet can be installed by clicking on the link below.
